C.J. SABIA
Sabia Construction has been founded on the unwavering passion, extensive experience, forward-thinking vision, and remarkable adaptability of its Principal, C.J. Sabia. As a Nashville native, C.J.'s journey to becoming a skilled custom builder began during his youth, where he garnered recognition for his accomplishments in the fields of visual arts, architecture, leadership, and a keen interest in engineering and construction.
C.J. graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, with a degree in Supply Chain Management. Immediately following his graduation, he embarked on his professional career in residential construction as a Project Manager. Recognizing the career milestones and objectives, C.J. steadfastly pursued his dream of owning his own company. With his characteristic methodical yet innovative approach, he meticulously identified the areas in which he required expertise to establish and sustain a successful residential construction enterprise. He diligently fulfilled every role on his checklist, accumulating invaluable knowledge and skills in both corporate and small business settings, including project management, estimating and purchasing, operations management, and warranty. It was through this relentless pursuit of excellence that Sabia Construction came to fruition.
As a young man, C.J.’s eye for detail and differentiation was evident, as was his love for architecture and creative endeavors. Always interested in many subjects, C.J.’s versatility in knowledge and ability is one of his greatest strengths, and coupled with a friendly demeanor, his ability to connect the dots between seemingly unrelated or related subjects, while being able to convey the high-level facts or intricate details, positions him to be an effective leader for his clients’ projects.
In his down time, C.J. spends his time with his family, playing golf, fly fishing, fly tying, trail running, or building something in his workshop for his clients’ projects or his own family home. C.J. also likes to dabble in the visual arts and playing music.
Sabia Construction has actively contributed to their local community by volunteering with various organizations, including Gilda's Club, The First Tee of Middle Tennessee, Young Life Nashville, Scales Elementary, Gallatin High School Quarterback Club, Brentwood High School 12th Man, GraceWorks Ministries, Brentwood United Methodist Church, Brentwood Ball Club, and The Salvation Army.
